Refund Policy

At EBIT-1 SIA (Vebwood), we stand behind the quality of our products and services. As a B2B supplier, all sales are final once confirmed. However, we recognize that issues can occur, and our policy ensures fairness while protecting both parties.
1. General Rule

All orders are non-refundable once confirmed and shipped, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or error caused by us.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

Any claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt, with photo or video evidence of the issue.

We may arrange a third-party inspection if necessary.
3. Resolutions Offered
If a claim is verified, we may, at our discretion:

Issue a partial or full refund

Offer a discount on the affected goods

Replace or take back the goods at our cost
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted for:

Issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

Customer’s change of mind or order cancellations after shipment

Delays caused by customs, port congestion, or external logistics factors
5. Large Orders
For 10+ container contracts, a schedule and agreement will be established in advance. Refunds or replacements apply only to the specific affected containers, not the entire order.
6. Shipping & Insurance

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is directly caused by us.

If goods are insured (upon customer request), claims may be handled through the insurance provider.
