Refund Policy

Effective Date: 04.09.2025

At EBIT-1 SIA (Vebwood), we stand behind the quality of our products and services. As a B2B supplier, all sales are final once confirmed. However, we recognize that issues can occur, and our policy ensures fairness while protecting both parties.

1. General Rule

  • All orders are non-refundable once confirmed and shipped, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or error caused by us.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

  • Any claims must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt, with photo or video evidence of the issue.

  • We may arrange a third-party inspection if necessary.

3. Resolutions Offered

If a claim is verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a partial or full refund

  • Offer a discount on the affected goods

  • Replace or take back the goods at our cost

4. Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Customer’s change of mind or order cancellations after shipment

  • Delays caused by customs, port congestion, or external logistics factors

5. Large Orders

For 10+ container contracts, a schedule and agreement will be established in advance. Refunds or replacements apply only to the specific affected containers, not the entire order.

6. Shipping & Insurance

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is directly caused by us.

  • If goods are insured (upon customer request), claims may be handled through the insurance provider.
