Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all business transactions conducted with EBIT-1 SIA, a company registered in Latvia, EU. By placing an order or entering into business with us, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these T&C.

1. Business Identity

2. Scope of Business

We operate strictly on a B2B (business-to-business) basis. All products and services are provided for commercial use only.

3. Orders & Minimum Quantities

  • The minimum order size is one full container load or one truck load.

  • Large orders of 10+ containers require scheduling in advance.

4. Payments

  • Payments are accepted only by bank transfer.

  • For large orders, a deposit is required before processing.

  • Full payment must be received before goods are released for shipment.

​

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We arrange shipping through our trusted partners by land and sea.

  • Delivery times vary depending on order size, season, and destination.

  • Customers will receive a shipping cost quotation for approval before dispatch.

  • Customs clearance and insurance may be handled by us if requested by the Customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Issues

  • If goods are damaged or incorrect, Customers must provide clear evidence.

  • We will work in good faith to resolve issues through refunds, discounts, or product returns.

  • No claims will be accepted without documented proof of the issue.

7. Product Warranty & Liability

  • Products are supplied according to the agreed specifications and quality standards.

  • Except as expressly agreed in writing, EBIT-1 SIA provides no additional warranties.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, and catalog materials, is the intellectual property of EBIT-1 SIA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Latvian law. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Latvia.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the effective date.
